StudyPlace requires user login. Each user type will have a different username and password. Click on the link below to access the correct login page for your user type and bookmark the page after successful login.

User Type Login Process

/Family	Typically it is your primary email address	Typically set by parent during initial account creation (may be reset by Admin)	Families create their own account using their email address. Parents can always log in as the student by using the "LoginAs" button in the Setup - My Students menu. Using the "LoginAs" button does not require a student username or password and is recommended for management of homework for younger students so they do not have to access the system themselves.
/Student	Typically it is the initial of the student's first name followed by student's last name	Typically set by parent in the Setup - My Students menu (Use the "Reset Password to Allow Student Login" button)	Student accounts are created by the family in order to give older students direct access to StudyPlace. Parents can still "LoginAs" the student to view the student account.
/Teacher	Typically it is the initial of the teacher's first name followed by their last name	Typically set by teacher upon receipt of the Teacher Welcome Email (may be reset by Admin)	Teachers will receive a welcome email and instructions from admin to create their password and access their account. (See Note below.) For more information on Teacher Login, watch this video.
/Admin	Typically it is the first part of the admin's primary email address before the @	Typically set by the Super Admin and furnished to the admin.	Super Admins create Admin accounts. Admins can change their password on the login page.

*It is possible that usernames deviate from the typical formula. Super Admins can access username information for other admins and all other users; Admins can access username information for Teachers, Families, and Students; Families can access username information for Students. Usernames are not case sensitive.

**Passwords should be 6 characters long, contain letters and numbers, with no spaces. Passwords are case sensitive. To reset a password use the "Reset Password" link on the login page and then check your email.

Note:If you have two user types within the organization then you will have to use two different login pages and two different sets of credentials (username and password). Also, be sure that you are using different email addresses for your different user types. For example, a teacher must use a different email address for their teacher account than what they use for their family account. We recommend that teachers use an email address supplied by the organization for their teacher accounts.
